AF-300 Mini™ Adjustable Frequency Drive
The GE AF-300 Mini Drive is a compact but powerful and easy to use AC GE variable speed drive. The GE drive is available in its standard configuration that includes built-in dynamic braking control, single turn potentiometer for speed reference, and LED display. GE variable frequency drive models are available with 115V single- phase, 230V single phase and three-phase, and 460V three phase input and from 1/8 hp to 5 hp.

With standard functions like high starting torque and energy savings mode the AF-300 Mini fits most conveyor, fan, and pump applications easily. Its compact size, side-by-side mounting, and optional DIN rail adapter also make it a time and space saver for OEM’s and panel builders. The AF-300 Mini GE Drive is also available in multiple factory configurations that make it even more flexible. The AF-300 Mini GE Drive can be ordered complete with built-in dynamic braking resistor and/or CE compliant EMC filter. It also has an optional RS485 RTU serial communications card as well as a NEMA 1 kit that allows for standalone applications.

AF-300 P11™ Adjustable Frequency Drive
The AF-300 P11 GE drive is designed for variable torque applications and is ideal for pump systems and air moving systems. Easy operation is achieved with simple commands from a local or remote keypad or from facility management systems. Pre-loaded motor parameters and factory defaults are included for out-of-the-box installation. The GE AF-300 P11 offers 1/4 to 150 hp ratings in 230 Vac and 1/2 to 800 hp ratings in 460 Vac for even greater versatility.

Standard features include Modbus® RTU1 for simple connection to the process controller. The energy-saving design helps reduce operating costs, and all models carry the global acceptance of UL, cUL, and EN/CE.

The GE AF-300 P11 drive is the perfect solution for variable torque loads such as fans and pumps. With features such as catch-a-spinning motor, reverse operation lockout, automatic cooling fan control, automatic restart and tripless operation via overload, and acceleration time control, this drive can provide years of trouble-free operation.

All of this power, versatility, and reliability in one compact drive. In ratings of 30 hp and less, the AF-300 P11 is designed for side-by-side installation with zero clearance for optimum use in space restricted areas.

AF-300 E11™ Adjustable Frequency Drive
The AF-300 E11 GE adjustable frequency drive is General Electric’s new generation of micro drives. GE recognized your need for a high-performance, full featured compact drive and designed the AF-300 E11 drive with these features in mind. This General Electric drive product is specifically intended for original equipment manufacturers who require maximum performance in a minimal space for a cost-effective system.

AF-300 G11™ Adjustable Frequency Drive
The AF-300 G11 GE drive is designed to be one of the most versatile drives in the industry. Easy operation is achieved with simple commands from a local or remote keypad or from facility management systems. Preloaded motor parameters and factory defaults are included for out-of-the-box installation. The AF-300 G11 GE drive offers 1/4 to 125 hp ratings in 230 Vac and 1/2 to 600 hp ratings in 460 Vac.

New standard features include:

• Modbus® RTU for simple connection to a PLC controller.
• Reduced electrical noise and less voltage spiking with the new
  generation of IGBT.
• PID control with simplified settings.
• Catch-a-spinning motor.
• Restart feature for extended outages.
• Keypad with backlight and parameter storage feature, as well
  as operational diagnostics.

The AF-300 G11 GE drive is also available with an optional PG feedback card for closed loop vector control. Online tuning provides a continuous check for variations of motor characteristics during running of high precision speed control. The available pattern operation allows up to seven stages of pre-programmed accel/decel and speed patterns that can be used for batch processes.
