| Type
DS300C Stainless-steel Neutral Grounding Resistors
WHERE
TO USE
Use
for resistance grounding of industrial power systems.
Connect between ground and neutral of wye-wound transformers
or generators.
Neutral
grounding resistors are rated in line-to-neutral voltage,
initial current amperes and allowable-time-on. The line-to-neutral
voltage corresponds to the system’s voltage divided
by 1.732. The initial current is the current which would
flow if rated voltage were present and resistance not
affected by temperature rise.
Listed
neutral grounding resistors are designed, tested, and
rated in accordance with IEEE Standards No. 32-1972.
