The
GE IC9445 lever-operated limit switch is used
in general industrial applications on cranes,
hoists, automatic conveyors and elevators. Because
of its resistance to shock and vibration, it can
also be used in severe-duty applications in mills.
The
GE IC9446 rotary limit switch is cam-operated
and designed for continuous rotation in either
direction. It can be coupled directly or through
a speed reduction drive. These switches are also
used on metal mill drives, cranes, hoists and
movable bridges.
GE’s
industrial control master switches are all mill-duty
rated for heavy industrial use on metal mill drives,
cranes, electric shovels and other variable speed
drives. GE master switches control contactors
and other power-switching devices to start, stop
and to change the speed of motors. They are available
in various mountings, enclosures and configurations.
